The 175 L-clip / C-clip Tape Applicator applies to the top or bottom edges of your product, with a versatile applicator that offers the choice between L or C clip configuration, offering flexibility to meet your specific packaging needs. This product can apply tape at speeds up to 100 feet per minute (30.5 m/min).
The T-627 Tape Applicator is designed to apply a wide variety of pressure-sensitive tapes to flat surfaces. Tape strips can be applied continuously or short strips with gaps can be applied to each product as required. This tape applicator can be mounted over a moving product, along a conveyor, or used on custom-designed taping equipment moving the tape head across the product.
The T-626 Tape Applicator is designed to apply a wide variety of pressure-sensitive tapes up to 12 inches wide (wider widths available upon request). This product has an application speed of 350 feet per minute (106.6 m/min). Tape can be applied continuously, or in short strips with gaps to each product as required.
The T-628 Tape Applicator is designed to apply a wide variety of pressure-sensitive tape to flat surfaces. The T-653 Continuous Laminator is designed to laminate pressure-sensitive tapes continuously. The T-653 offers a maximum tape width of 12 inches (305 mm). The T-653 is available in two speeds,150 feet per minute (45.7 m/min) and 500 feet per minute (152.4 m/min).
The SD-6 Conveyor System is designed as a universal conveyor and control system to accommodate a variety of Straub Design tape applicators to apply pressure-sensitive tapes. The system can be configured for a variety of widths and lengths. One or more tape applicators can be mounted to the system, with an application speed of up to 100 feet per minute (30.5 m/min). Standard widths are 4 inch and 6 inch. Systems can be configured to accommodate additional widths upon request.
The T-627 Tape Applicator is designed for a wide variety of pressure-sensitive tapes up to 3 inches wide. This product has an application speed up to 250 feet per minute (76.2 m/min). Tape can be applied continuously, or in short strips with gaps to each product as required.
The VW-1000 High Speed Vacuum Wheel Tape Application System is designed to apply intermittent pieces of pressure-sensitive tapes to individual blanks or webs at speeds of up to 1,000 feet per minute (304.8 m/min). Automatic splicing of the tape provides for continuous running of the machine when a tape roll is depleted.
The LWPU Tear Tape Powered Unwind & Applicators are designed to dispense, apply and cut pressure-sensitive tear strip tapes. The tear strip can be applied to overnight envelopes, e-commerce and corrugated products. The LWPU is available with T-626 or T-627 Model applicators. The tape applicator can be mounted over a moving product, conveyor or used on custom-designed taping equipment. Application speeds up to 750 feet per minute (228.6 m/min).
