T-627 Flat Surface Tape Applicator
The T-627 Tape Applicator is designed to apply a wide variety of pressure-sensitive tapes to flat surfaces. Tape strips can be applied continuously or short strips with gaps can be applied to each product as required. This tape applicator can be mounted over a moving product, along a conveyor, or used on custom-designed taping equipment moving the tape head across the product.
T-626 Flat Surface Tape Applicator
The T-626 Tape Applicator is designed to apply a wide variety of pressure-sensitive tapes up to 12 inches wide (wider widths available upon request). This product has an application speed of 350 feet per minute (106.6 m/min). Tape can be applied continuously, or in short strips with gaps to each product as required.
T-646 Tape Application Systems
The T-646 Tape Application System is a benchtop system that applies strips and/or spots of many types of adhesive transfer, double-coated, and foam tapes to flat surfaces. The product conveying speed is adjustable up to 150 feet per minute. The machine is available in (4) widths: 18 inches, 30 inches, 43 inches, and 55 inches.
VW-1000 High Speed Vacuum Wheel Tape Application System
The VW-1000 High Speed Vacuum Wheel Tape Application System is designed to apply intermittent pieces of pressure-sensitive tapes to individual blanks or webs at speeds of up to 1,000 feet per minute (304.8 m/min). Automatic splicing of the tape provides for continuous running of the machine when a tape roll is depleted.
