T-627 Flat Surface Tape Applicator

The T-627 Tape Applicator is designed to apply a wide variety of pressure-sensitive tapes to flat surfaces. Tape strips can be applied continuously or short strips with gaps can be applied to each product as required. This tape applicator can be mounted over a moving product, along a conveyor, or used on custom-designed taping equipment moving the tape head across the product.

SD-625 Tape Pad Applicator

The SD-625 Pressure-Sensitive Tape Pad Applicator is an economical method to automatically feed, cut, and apply pressure-sensitive tapes. It has a machine cycle time between 40-60 cycles per minute and a tape length tolerance of +1/16 inches, depending upon the length and type of tape.

SD-40/SF-40 Tape Application System | Automatic Tape Machine

The SD-40/SF-40 Tape Application System with Feeder applies transfer tape with the liner in place and tear strip tape to corrugated or paperboard blacks in widths up to 40". It has the ability to install multiple tape applicators to apply several lanes of tape in one pass, and application speeds up to 500' per minute (153.8 mpm).

SD-60/SF-60 Tape Application System with Feeder

The SD-60/SF-60 Tape Application System with Feeder applies transfer tape with liner in place and tear strip tape to corrugated or paperboard blanks in widths up to 60 inches. Multiple tape applicators can be installed to apply several lanes of tape in one pass, with application speeds up to 500 per minute (153.8 miles per minute).

T-626 Flat Surface Tape Applicator

The T-626 Tape Applicator is designed to apply a wide variety of pressure-sensitive tapes up to 12 inches wide (wider widths available upon request). This product has an application speed of 350 feet per minute (106.6 m/min). Tape can be applied continuously, or in short strips with gaps to each product as required.

The T-628 Tape Applicator is designed to apply a wide variety of pressure-sensitive tape to flat surfaces. Tape strips can be applied continuously or short strips with gaps can be applied to each product as required. This tape applicator can be mounted over a moving product on a conveyor or used on custom-designed taping equipment moving the tape head across the product.

SD-680 Bag Fill Valve Taping System

The SD-680 automatic tape applicator operates independently or can integrate with your valve bag filling machine to seal the leading edge of the fill valve.
