Precision Application for Hard-to-Cut Industrial Tapes
The SD-654 Tape Applicator is designed to apply hard-to-cut adhesive tapes—including magnetic tape or hook-and-loop tape,—to flat product surfaces with controlled placement and repeatable results. Tape strips can be applied continuously or as short strips with gaps, depending on application requirements.
The applicator can be mounted over a moving product or conveyor, or integrated into custom-designed taping equipment that moves the applicator across the product. This flexibility allows the SD-654 to support a wide range of industrial taping applications where standard applicators are ineffective.
Hard-to-Cut Tape Application Made Reliable
The SD-654 is engineered specifically for tapes that are difficult to cut or manage using conventional applicators. Its robust design supports tape thicknesses of up to 1/16″ (1.6mm), enabling consistent application of specialty materials that require greater cutting force and controlled handling.
