During operation, the system applies, cuts, and seals tape in a single process, using a serrated knife to complete the cut. This streamlined functionality helps eliminate the need for secondary cutting operations and improves overall throughput.

The applicator is capable of handling multiple tape types and configurations, supporting both single- and multi-lane applications depending on production needs.

Operational Notes

Product must be firmly driven under the applicator head, or securely held while the applicator moves across it
For non-rigid materials, it is recommended that tape length + inset exceeds 2” for optimal performance
The product pulls the tape from the roll during operation
