Automated Feeding and Conveying for Corrugated and Paperboard Products

The SD-40 / SF-40 Automatic Taping System is designed to automatically feed, convey, and apply adhesive tape to corrugated or paperboard blanks and other flat products at high production speeds.

The system feeds blanks from the hopper (SF-40) onto the conveyor (SD-40), applies one or more lanes of tape automatically with one of our tape applicators, and conveys the product out of the machine for additional processing. With taping speeds of up to 500 feet per minute, the SD-40 / SF-40 delivers consistent performance in automated packaging environments.

Top-loading of the feeder allows operators to load product while the machine is operating, supporting continuous operation and improved productivity.
