Precise Heat-Sealed Pull Tabs for Acrylic Foam Tape Liners
The WL-50 Liner Pull Tab Applicator is designed to dispense, cut, and heat-seal pull tabs onto the release liner of 3M™ acrylic foam tapes, improving liner removal and downstream assembly efficiency.
The system applies 3M™ #5400 or Y4230 heat-bond tabbing film, sealing tabs directly to the liner at the ends of the tape or at tape joints. This enables easier liner removal while preserving adhesive integrity for high-performance bonding applications.
