The SD-4 Conveyor System is a compact, universal conveyor and control platform designed to accommodate a variety of Straub Design tape applicators for applying pressure-sensitive tapes.
With a 4″ (102mm) wide by 3′ (.9M) long conveyor, the SD-4 allows one or more tape applicators to be mounted directly to the system, supporting single-lane or multi-lane tape application at conveyor speeds of up to 100 feet per minute (30mpm). Its space-efficient footprint makes it ideal for work cells, benchtop automation, and applications where floor space is limited.
