SD-60/SF-60 Tape Application System with Feeder

The SF-60/SD-60 Automatic Taping System automatically feeds and applies transfer tape with liner in place, tear strip tape, and double-sided tape to a corrugated or paperboard blank.

The blanks feed to a conveyor where tapes are applied automatically at speeds up to 500 feet per minute (152.4 MPM), depending on the tape and the product. The product is then conveyed out of the machine for additional processing. A top-loading feeder design permits manual tape loading while the machine is operating, preventing disruption to your production line. Dual-lane feeders are available as an upgrade, allowing you to double the amount of product running through the system.

Use the SF-60/SD-60 in your downstream to automate taping with speed and precision. This system is perfect for corrugated box manufacturing and POP (Point of Purchase) display manufacturing operations but is not limited to these applications.
